1. Operator
The cntech.vn website is operated by Công ty TNHH Công nghệ CNTech Việt Nam. In these terms, "CNTech" or "we" means that company; contact details are in section 10.
2. Scope
These terms apply to the cntech.vn website, which consists of information about CNTech's services and projects, the blog, and the contact form. How we handle the data you send is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Content is for reference only
Information on the website, including blog posts and descriptions of services and projects, is provided for introduction and reference only; it is not legal, financial or technical advice for your particular case. We try to keep the content accurate and may edit or remove it at any time without notice.
The website is not a quote or a contract. Only a written quote and a separate contract agreed by both parties bind CNTech and a customer. Sending the contact form does not create a contract.
4. Intellectual property
The content of the website, including articles, images, design, the CNTech name and logo, belongs to Công ty TNHH Công nghệ CNTech Việt Nam or its licensors. You may view the website and share links to it. To copy, republish or use content commercially, you need CNTech's prior written consent. You may not use the CNTech name and logo in a way that suggests CNTech sponsors or cooperates with you.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- submit the contact form repeatedly, or send spam, advertising, false information, or another person's information without their consent;
- attack, scan for vulnerabilities in, overload, or try to gain unauthorised access to the website and CNTech's systems;
- collect data automatically (bots, crawlers, scrapers) other than ordinary search engines, or use the website to collect other people's personal information;
- distribute malicious code or do anything unlawful under Vietnamese law.
CNTech may block access for violators and report to the competent authorities when necessary.
6. External links
The website may link to pages run by others (for example Google Maps). We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or policies of those pages.
7. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". CNTech does not guarantee that the website is always available or error-free, and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from relying on the reference content on it. This does not exclude liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The parties will first try to negotiate; if they cannot agree, the dispute will be resolved by the competent People's Court in Bac Ninh province.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with the update date at the top and takes effect when published. If you keep using the website afterwards, you accept the new version.
